1. Green Spinach Smoothie


Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions:

Blend spinach, banana, yogurt, and almond milk until smooth.
Add honey for sweetness if desired.
Add ice cubes and blend until frosty.

2. Berry Blast Smoothie


Ingredients:

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 banana
1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions:
